They’ve come a long way from the wild-haired companions of your childhood, but they’re still spreading the same joy and enchantment today. The Good Luck Troll started out as a few sketches and a hand-carved present, created in a remote part of Northern Denmark by a wood carver, Thomas Dam. Unable to afford even a small birthday gift for his daughter, he carved her the original Good Luck Troll (Lykketrold) in the 1930s.
